About the role
- Planning: Assisting with the planning and design of IT systems
- Installation: Assembling, networking and commissioning hardware and software solutions
- Consulting: Supporting internal departments in the selection and use of IT systems
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining system documentation
- Support: Analyzing and resolving faults using diagnostic tools and working in first- and second-level support
- Further development: Maintaining, servicing and adapting existing systems to meet new requirements
Requirements
- School qualifications: Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife or general university entrance qualification (Abitur) — equivalent qualifications are acceptable
- Interest: Enthusiasm for IT, networks and modern technologies
- Skills: Technical understanding, logical thinking and a structured approach to work
