About the role
- Design and engineering of control cabinets and control systems for conveyor controls in the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Preparation of technical documentation for production as well as maintenance of bills of materials (BOMs) and assemblies
- Technical clarification of tasks in direct coordination with the customer
- Assembly and commissioning planning to ensure smooth project execution
- Safety assessment of control systems and equipment, including required risk assessments
- Sizing and evaluation of drive systems
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, ideally with further qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in creating circuit diagrams using EPLAN Electric P8
- Knowledge of control engineering, switching devices, drive technology and bus systems
- Basic knowledge of the Machinery Directive and relevant standards is desirable
- Analytical skills, a team-oriented working style, and a reliable, cooperative manner
- Confident use of PC applications as well as very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to provide occasional on-site project support; high initiative, independence, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
