About the role
- Support in planning and designing IT systems
- Installation, networking and commissioning of hardware and software solutions
- Support internal departments in selecting and using IT systems
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation
- Analyze and resolve incidents using diagnostic tools and participate in first- and second-level support
- Maintenance, servicing and adaptation of existing systems to meet new requirements
Requirements
- Education: Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
- Interest: Enthusiasm for IT, networks and modern technologies
- Skills: Technical understanding, logical thinking and a structured way of working
- Personal qualities: Enjoyment of problem-solving, good communication skills, team spirit and organizational talent
