About the role
- Advising and supporting departments and internal stakeholders on personnel, labor law, and contractual matters
- Managing applicant tracking and independently executing and actively shaping the entire recruiting process
- Implementing, optimizing, and further developing HR processes, and managing HR projects across the entire employee lifecycle
- Processing, maintaining, and documenting personnel-related processes, ensuring quality through targeted monitoring and controls
- Collaborating and regularly coordinating with internal stakeholders and employee representatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with an HR specialization or a degree in human resources, plus at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in labor law and social security-related issues
- Strong numerical and IT skills, ideally with initial experience in structured analyses (e.g., using Excel)
- Service-oriented and conscientious work style with a hands-on mentality
- Commitment, empathy, trustworthiness, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Preferably business-fluent English, both written and spoken
