About the role
- Planning: Assist in the planning and design of IT systems
- Installation: Set up, network and commission hardware and software solutions
- Consulting: Support internal departments in the selection and use of IT systems
- Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation
- Support: Analyze and resolve faults using diagnostic tools and contribute to first- and second-level support
- Further development: Maintain, service and adapt existing systems to new requirements
Requirements
- Education: Secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss), technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
- Interest: Enthusiasm for IT, networks and modern technologies
- Skills: Technical understanding, logical thinking and a structured way of working
