Own delivery of government contracts, ensuring assessments, monitoring, suitability, and diligence outputs meet timelines, quality, and requirements
Serve as Program Manager, maintaining direct engagement with government stakeholders and ensuring clear communication and mission alignment
Establish structure, workflows, staffing models, and reporting processes to enable efficient and consistent government service delivery
Manage program financial performance, ensuring cost control, labor utilization, and delivery models support sustainable profitability
Develop and refine a repeatable delivery model that scales across contracts and government organizations without reinvention
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring performance meets expectations and positions Hetherington Group as a trusted partner
Identify and support opportunities to expand scope, secure follow-on work, and contribute to additional government contracts
Translate commercial services into a government-ready model aligned with operational, security, and reporting expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading or managing government or defense-related programs or services
Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver complex, client-facing work
Experience building or scaling operational capabilities or service delivery models
Strong client engagement skills with the ability to operate in high-trust environments
Ability to manage financial performance, including cost, margin, and resource planning
Familiarity with government contracting environments preferred
