About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing corporate events, trade shows, conventions, field days, incentive trips and other relationship-building initiatives, ensuring an excellent participant experience and contributing to brand strengthening, business generation and engagement of the company’s strategic audiences.
  • Plan, organize and oversee in-person, hybrid and virtual events from briefing through final delivery.
  • Develop timelines, checklists, action plans and operational workflows for each project.
  • Coordinate vendors, agencies, exhibition builders, hotels, transportation companies and other partners involved in events.
  • Prepare quotes, conduct negotiations, manage contracts and monitor project finances.
  • Manage budgets and ensure proper use of available resources.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Communications to ensure strategic alignment of initiatives.
  • Coordinate participant logistics, accommodation, transportation, registration and infrastructure.
  • Support the creation and implementation of communication plans for event promotion and engagement.
  • Monitor performance indicators, participant satisfaction and results of executed activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement processes, compliance requirements and applicable legal regulations.
  • Prepare executive reports and result presentations for leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, Tourism, Events or related fields.
  • Experience in planning and executing corporate events.
  • Experience managing vendors and agencies.
  • Experience with budget control and project management.
  • Experience in agribusiness companies will be considered a plus.
  • Technical knowledge: Event and project management.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint - intermediate/advanced).
  • Project management and tracking tools.
  • Financial management and procurement processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
