About the role

  • Conduct hiring, termination, homologation and other Personnel Department processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and legal deadlines.
  • Enter, review and validate termination settlements, ensuring correct calculation of earnings, deductions and statutory charges.
  • Manage, process and reconcile electronic timekeeping (time clock), including time bank, overtime and necessary adjustments.
  • Operate in a high-volume operational environment, ensuring quality, organization and strict adherence to established deadlines.
  • Organize, sort and send documents to support labor proceedings, audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Experience with Personnel/Payroll routines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with Totvs Protheus system
  • Familiarity with the Questor system
  • MANDATORY: Advanced knowledge of the Protheus payroll system
