Execute with Managers on client deliverables such as business cases, therapeutic landscapes, launch plans, strategic frameworks, and educational tools.
Translate complex operational and financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior-level clients.
Lead end-to-end vendor RFP/RFI processes, scoring, and governance to support Patient Services operations.
Manage hub, specialty pharmacy, and vendor implementations, including call center setup, data integration, and cross-functional coordination.
Conduct vendor audits and develop SOPs, BRDs, and workflows for case management, call centers, and field support.
Build vendor governance dashboards, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma principles.
Create and maintain financial and forecasting models for copay, PAP, trial, FRM, and Patient Services budgets.
Contribute to business growth through opportunity identification, thought leadership, and innovative client solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced life science degree highly preferred
A minimum 4+ years of prior management consulting experience in the life sciences industry
Proven project leadership responsibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High degree of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel or a similar program
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and extremely well organized
Project Management certification is a plus
