About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta & TikTok ad campaigns
- Create high-converting campaign structures focused on ticket sales and ROAS
- Monitor daily performance and continuously improve KPIs
- Retarget website visitors and build conversion funnels
- Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
- Work closely with the team to align campaigns with upcoming events and launches
- Provide quick reporting and performance insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing Meta & TikTok Ads for:
- Events
- Ticket sales
- Festivals / nightlife / entertainment
- High-conversion e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of:
- Pixel tracking
- Conversion optimization
- Retargeting
- Scaling winning campaigns
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
- Experience with creative testing and viral TikTok-style ads is a strong plus.
