About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract
  • Generate your own pipeline (outbound, LinkedIn, email, partnerships)
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them efficiently
  • Run high-level discovery calls
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Handle complex objections with confidence
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket deals
  • Manage CRM and forecast accurately
  • Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of proven closing experience
  • Proven experience in selling solar energy contracts
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Strong outbound and self-sourcing capability
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French
