About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract
- Generate your own pipeline (outbound, LinkedIn, email, partnerships)
- Manage inbound leads and convert them efficiently
- Run high-level discovery calls
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations
- Handle complex objections with confidence
- Negotiate and close high-ticket deals
- Manage CRM and forecast accurately
- Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven closing experience
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
- Strong outbound and self-sourcing capability
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets
- High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell remotely via video calls
- Fluent in French (English is a strong plus)
