About the role
- Make outbound B2B and B2C calls to present and sell our clients' products/services
- Understand each prospect's specific needs and tailor your pitch
- Convert leads into customers using a well-crafted sales pitch
- Manage the full sales cycle through to closing
- Enrich and keep CRM databases up to date
- Participate in ongoing training and performance meetings
- Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve team objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in telesales, including B2B and B2C
- Strong telephone sales skills
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, VoIP calling, professional email)
- Rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented
- Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken
