About the role

  • Make outbound B2B and B2C calls to present and sell our clients' products/services
  • Understand each prospect's specific needs and tailor your pitch
  • Convert leads into customers using a well-crafted sales pitch
  • Manage the full sales cycle through to closing
  • Enrich and keep CRM databases up to date
  • Participate in ongoing training and performance meetings
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve team objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in telesales, including B2B and B2C
  • Strong telephone sales skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, VoIP calling, professional email)
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken
