About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key independent nursery retailers across Southern England
  • Building trusted relationships with business owners, buyers, store managers and retail teams
  • Developing Joint Business Plans and conducting regular business reviews
  • Analysing sales performance and planning your territory to identify opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Delivering engaging product training, demonstrations and coaching to independent retailers and national retail store teams
  • Supporting merchandising, showroom standards and the successful execution of new product launches
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing business while developing new retail partnerships
  • Representing Tutti Bambini at trade exhibitions, customer events and product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in account management, retail development or field sales
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience developing Joint Business Plans and conducting customer business reviews
  • Experience delivering retail training, product demonstrations and presentations
  • Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
  • A full UK driving licence and residence within Southern England
