About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take ownership of Expansion MRR within the existing customer base and develop initiatives to increase HERO usage and expand adoption
  • You design and manage cross-sell and upsell programs, e.g., license upgrades, additional user licenses, or service packages
  • You implement concrete campaigns and growth actions across the customer journey — from in-app prompts and email sequences to sales-supported initiatives
  • You work closely with our farming/sales team to convert identified potential into qualified opportunities and incremental revenue
  • You refine our value proposition, further develop compelling offer logic, and ensure customers clearly understand the benefits of expanding
  • You continuously analyze conversion rates, pipeline development, and revenue potential and derive concrete optimization measures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You bring experience from a role where you actively shaped growth, revenue, or customer development — ideally in SaaS, growth, product marketing, or revenue teams
  • You have a strong sense for customer needs, product value, and persuasive positioning, and can identify which offers will have the most impact for which target groups
  • You are hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-focused — you don't just think in strategies, you quickly bring ideas to life
  • You know how to align marketing and sales effectively and design initiatives that create real commercial opportunities
  • You prefer to make decisions based on data, tests, and learnings and enjoy iteratively improving things
  • You thrive in an ambitious, dynamic environment and want to make a visible impact on our growth with a high degree of ownership
