About the role

  • As (Senior) Team Lead Product Design (m/f/d) you shape the future of a B2B SaaS product for craft businesses — with direct impact on the daily work of thousands of users.
  • You lead an interdisciplinary team (approx. 5 people) of Product Designers and UX Researchers, raising the UX and UI quality of our product to the next level.
  • You work closely with our Head of Product Design, drive Design Ops, quality, and collaboration across the entire design organization and beyond — and roll up your sleeves to work hands‑on in design or research when needed.
  • Ensure research is used strategically and systematically to strengthen discovery and strategy with key insights.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment, with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates craft quality.
  • Experience leading more than 3 Designers and UX Researchers simultaneously.
  • Experience with Design Ops, design systems, scalable processes, tools and collaboration, as well as experience implementing AI and automation.
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, working in a product trio, and collaboration with agile development teams.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level), are important in this role to work confidently with users, the team and stakeholders.
  • You stand out for clarity in presentation and argumentation: you can make decisions traceable and make your team visible.
