About the role

  • Support the HR Specialist in day-to-day operational HR tasks
  • Handle all administrative duties across the employee lifecycle, from contract preparation and drafting employment references to managing employee exits
  • Recruiting support: posting job advertisements, applicant management, coordinating and partially conducting interviews
  • Onboard new employees
  • Monitor and manage all important HR-related deadlines and assist with reports and HR analyses
  • Serve as the interface between the HR Specialist and other departments to ensure smooth process flow
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategic HR projects and special initiatives, and continuously optimize and implement HR processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally with further HR-related training
  • Experience in generalist HR work in a comparable role, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Good knowledge of labor law and payroll is an advantage
  • High degree of independence, strong communication skills and a positive mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
