About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support us in implementing our sales and go-to-market strategy across various markets.
- You help build and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
- You accompany campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation to closing.
- You assist in qualifying leads, prepare customer contacts and support meeting preparation.
- You develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan activities with us and take responsibility for smaller projects independently.
- You help define relevant KPIs with us, analyze sales activities and derive optimization opportunities.
- You work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Operations to holistically support our sales strategy.
- You monitor market and competitive developments and contribute your insights to our strategic planning.
- Support in maintaining the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Preparation of sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Preparation of product demos or customer presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics or a comparable field.
- Ideally, first practical experience in sales, marketing or business development, e.g., through internships or working-student roles.
- Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Confident use of Google products (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
