Key responsibilities & impact

Developing new leads and revisiting lost customer relationships
Communicating with customers and understanding their needs
Ensuring a smooth sales process and driving business growth
Building relationships with new and existing customers in the Pool/Landscape industry
Involves proactive sales initiatives, outbound calls, and efficient order processing
Maintaining excellent customer service and ethical conduct
Supporting outside sales team in managing customer accounts and order processing
Preparing product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential clients
Tracking and reporting sales performance using sales CRM
Driving sales growth with proactive outbound calls, managing at least 15 customers daily using CRM tools
Collaborating with Credit and Lead Generation teams to maintain accounts and expedite order cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Relationship management software proficiency
Internet navigation skills
Problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
