About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
Collect data via a mobile app
Package full containers for shipment
Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app
Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
Maintain inspection-supply inventory
Maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations
Complete Arcwood-provided training
Assist customers during off hours as needed
Take on additional duties assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent required
Previous work experience required
Customer service setting experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites required
Personal vehicle required
Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week
Must complete all necessary Arcwood-provided training
Must receive and maintain credentials to provide service at client locations
Post-offer drug screen required
Background check required
