About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
- Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
- Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
- Collect data via a mobile app
- Package full containers for shipment
- Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app
- Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
- Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
- Maintain inspection-supply inventory
- Maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations
- Complete Arcwood-provided training
- Assist customers during off hours as needed
- Take on additional duties assigned to support the team and organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous work experience required
- Customer service setting experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites required
- Personal vehicle required
- Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Must complete all necessary Arcwood-provided training
- Must receive and maintain credentials to provide service at client locations
- Post-offer drug screen required
- Background check required
