About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
Collect data via mobile app
Package full containers for shipment
Submit weekly reports via mobile app detailing activities
Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
Complete project billing and cost tracking as needed
Maintain inspection supply inventory
Maintain credentials for service at client locations
Complete Arcwood-provided training
Respond to customers during off hours as needed
Perform additional duties assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent
Previous work experience
Customer service setting experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites
Personal vehicle required
Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week
Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations
Ability to complete required training
Post-offer drug screen and background check required
