About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
- Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
- Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
- Collect data via mobile app
- Package full containers for shipment
- Submit weekly reports via mobile app detailing activities
- Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
- Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
- Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
- Maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations
- Complete Arcwood-provided training
- Respond to customer assistance needs during off hours
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous work experience (required)
- Customer service setting experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
- Personal vehicle required
- Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Ability to complete required training
- Post-offer drug screen required
- Background check required
