About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
  • Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
  • Collect data via mobile app
  • Package full containers for shipment
  • Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app
  • Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
  • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
  • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
  • Maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations
  • Complete Arcwood-provided training
  • Respond to customer assistance needs during off hours
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous work experience required
  • Customer service setting experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation required for driving between customer sites
  • Personal vehicle required
  • Ability to work 10–20 hours per week
  • Ability to complete required training
  • Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations
  • Post-offer drug screen required
  • Background check required
