About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
Collect data via mobile app
Package full containers for shipment
Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app
Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
Maintain credentials required to provide service at client locations
Complete Arcwood-provided training
Respond to customer assistance needs during off hours
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent required
Previous work experience required
Customer service setting experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation required for driving between customer sites
Personal vehicle required
Ability to work 10–20 hours per week
Ability to complete required training
Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations
Post-offer drug screen required
Background check required
