About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and safe practices
  • Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections
  • Collect data using a mobile app
  • Package full containers for shipment
  • Conduct various facility inspections as required
  • Prepare weekly activity reports via mobile app
  • Work with the client to achieve program efficiencies
  • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
  • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
  • Maintain credentials for service at client locations
  • Complete Arcwood-provided training
  • Respond as needed to assist customers during off hours
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous work experience (required)
  • Previous experience in a customer service setting (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
  • Ability to receive and maintain credentials for client-location service
  • Ability to complete Arcwood-provided training
  • Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
