About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and safe practices
Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections
Collect data using a mobile app
Package full containers for shipment
Conduct various facility inspections as required
Prepare weekly activity reports via mobile app
Work with the client to achieve program efficiencies
Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
Maintain credentials for service at client locations
Complete Arcwood-provided training
Respond as needed to assist customers during off hours
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous work experience (required)
Previous experience in a customer service setting (preferred)
Valid driver's license (required)
Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
Ability to receive and maintain credentials for client-location service
Ability to complete Arcwood-provided training
Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
