About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
Requires personal vehicle for transportation between customer sites, reimbursement for mileage
Adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Providing inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app
Packaging full containers for shipment and conducting various facility inspections
Preparing weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities
Working with the client to achieve program efficiencies
Completing project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
Maintaining inventory of supplies to conduct inspections
Receiving and maintaining credentials to provide service at the client locations
Completing all necessary training as provided by Arcwood
Responding as needed to assist customers during off hours
Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous work experience (required); within a customer service setting (preferred)
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
