About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
  • Requires personal vehicle for transportation between customer sites, reimbursement for mileage
  • Adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times

  • Maintaining inventory of supplies to conduct inspections
  • Receiving and maintaining credentials to provide service at the client locations
  • Completing all necessary training as provided by Arcwood
  • Responding as needed to assist customers during off hours
  • Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous work experience (required); within a customer service setting (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
