About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop and direct the environmental, health and safety programs regionally across the organization’s Service Delivery function.
  • Oversee conformance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and Company policies.
  • Promote a strong behavior-based safety culture through proactive approaches.
  • Establish and facilitate Company-wide environmental, health and safety initiatives throughout an assigned region.
  • Monitor and measure Company safety performance using key metrics.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in health and safety management (required).
  • 3+ years of experience working in EHS-related programs (required).
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience working in EHS-related programs (required).
  • Previous experience working with chemical safety practices (required).
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification (preferred).
