EHS Manager – Regional Service Delivery

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, develop and direct the environmental, health and safety programs regionally across the organization’s Service Delivery function.
- Oversee conformance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and Company policies.
- Promote a strong behavior-based safety culture through proactive approaches.
- Establish and facilitate Company-wide environmental, health and safety initiatives throughout an assigned region.
- Monitor and measure Company safety performance using key metrics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in health and safety management (required).
- 3+ years of experience working in EHS-related programs (required).
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience working in EHS-related programs (required).
- Previous experience working with chemical safety practices (required).
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification (preferred).
