Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR Business Partners
- Establish consistent HRBP operating models, expectations, and service delivery across locations
- Strengthen HRBP capability in strategic consulting, leader coaching, and operational execution
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex organizational and employee matters
- Partner with senior operational leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Drive accountability and leadership capability across the organization
- Lead HR support for restructuring, growth initiatives, and operational change
- Identify organizational trends and develop proactive solutions to improve performance and culture
- Oversee complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Ensure consistent policy application and employment practice compliance across locations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce and hiring strategies
- Align with Total Rewards to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
- Work with Learning & Development to enhance frontline and leadership capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of HR Business Partner or Field HR teams
- Experience supporting multi-site or operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, retail, or field services preferred)
- Strong background in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes through people strategies
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
