About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Grow sales by focusing on key customer growth segment
Make effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls while positioning Arcwood solutions to win business
Proactively make outbound calls to assigned customers to understand needs and challenges
Utilize and manage CRM tools to track call activity and customer information
Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline and work active opportunities to close
Execute against focused call campaigns to grow key customer targets
Manage waste profiles and waste approvals to ensure a timely customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics or related field (required)
1-3 years of related experience in sales, customer experience
Experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI or similar tools (required)
