About the role

  • Responsible for support, expansion, retention, and administration of an assigned key account
  • Manage quality and consistency of service delivery within the key account
  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices
  • Primary internal and external contact for assigned key account
  • Acts as intermediary between Arcwood’s internal support teams and the key account
  • Ensures all customer inquiries are managed timely and accurately
  • Participates in key account conference calls
  • Supports Corporate Account Manager with communications
  • Manages events and project inquiries from key account contacts
  • Assists field Sales team in service and pricing issues
  • Serves as primary champion for service delivery
  • Manages Conditional Pricing Approval program for key account
  • Stays aware of key customer personnel changes
  • Engages other departments to develop pricing and proposals
  • Ensures compliance with receivables and billing for key account
  • Increases sales revenue by identifying potential new account sites
  • Keeps Sales leadership informed of service trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required), with a focus in sales, business, marketing or science (preferred)
  • 3+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required)
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required)
