About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for executing Arcwood’s Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) growth strategy within their assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities while coordinating with Field Service Delivery teams and third-party vendors.
Ensure the retention and expansion of municipal accounts while delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality HHW collection events.
Translate national strategy into regional action—owning local client relationships, supporting and winning bids, and leading the end-to-end execution of HHW events.
Develop and implement event-specific operational plans.
Oversee event execution to ensure regulatory compliance, safe and compliant handling of hazardous materials.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing municipal customers to ensure high retention and repeat HHW events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in chemistry, engineering, environmental science or other technical field (preferred)
7+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services (required)
