About the role
- Responsible for executing Arcwood’s Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) growth strategy within their assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities while coordinating with Field Service Delivery teams and third-party vendors.
- Ensure the retention and expansion of municipal accounts while delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality HHW collection events.
- Translate national strategy into regional action—owning local client relationships, supporting and winning bids, and leading the end-to-end execution of HHW events.
- Develop and implement event-specific operational plans.
- Oversee event execution to ensure regulatory compliance, safe and compliant handling of hazardous materials.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing municipal customers to ensure high retention and repeat HHW events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in chemistry, engineering, environmental science or other technical field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services (required)
