About the role
- Independently manage and advise our trading partners on matters of food law
- Serve as a point of contact for internal interfaces such as Marketing, Sales and Product Development
- Responsible for ensuring our products' compliance at national and international levels
- Process finished product specifications and handle trade/retail complaints
- Review quality-management–relevant customer contracts
- Coordinate and evaluate external expert opinions and laboratory analyses
Requirements
- Completed degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science (Ökotrophologie) or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of food law
- Good communication skills
- Proactive working style
- Confident English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Initial experience with SAP
