About the role

  • Analyze, optimize, and evaluate performance marketing campaigns across all channels (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, social, etc.)
  • Perform complex data analyses using BigQuery
  • Create automated reports and dashboards for cross-channel real-time insights
  • Develop A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and assess campaign performance
  • Support internal teams in scaling and optimizing channels

Requirements

  • At least 2–5 years of solid experience in performance marketing with a focus on Data & Analytics
  • Confident experience with the Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, Google Ads) and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Amazon Attribution)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and BigQuery
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Comfortable handling complex Excel tasks
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer business metrics: CAC, ROAS, and retention rates
