About the role
- Analyze, optimize, and evaluate performance marketing campaigns across all channels (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, social, etc.)
- Perform complex data analyses using BigQuery
- Create automated reports and dashboards for cross-channel real-time insights
- Develop A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and assess campaign performance
- Support internal teams in scaling and optimizing channels
Requirements
- At least 2–5 years of solid experience in performance marketing with a focus on Data & Analytics
- Confident experience with the Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, Google Ads) and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Amazon Attribution)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and BigQuery
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Comfortable handling complex Excel tasks
- Knowledge of direct-to-consumer business metrics: CAC, ROAS, and retention rates
