About the role
- Responsible for the strategic development of the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) program
- Analyze production and business processes and derive improvement measures
- Develop and promote a corporate culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Conduct and facilitate WCM workshops and train teams in Lean methods and problem-solving techniques
- Work closely with management, production and quality assurance to implement WCM initiatives
- Systematically create and maintain KPIs to measure success with transparent reporting
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience and knowledge in Lean and performance management and related tools and methods such as Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, KVP (continuous improvement), etc.
- Proven track record in leading large transformation or optimization projects
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and strong problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- High interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate (project) teams and drive change
- Very good German and English language skills
