About the role
- Technical and organizational responsibility for complex projects in the area of packaging machines and systems
- Development of application-specific solutions and coordination of machine, product and packaging materials
- Coordination of interfaces between mechanical engineering, product development, marketing, sales and packaging technology
- Project planning, resource management and oversight of schedules, costs and quality
- Technical consulting to support internal and external customers on packaging-related issues
Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Technology or Process Engineering) or an equivalent qualification
- Strong technical affinity for packaging machinery
- Solid knowledge of packaging materials – in particular films for thermoforming applications as well as cup and lid solutions
- Experience in technical project management, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
- Structured, solution-oriented and team-oriented working style
- Good English skills and willingness to travel occasionally
