About the role

  • Responsible for global procurement and resale of meat products, taking into account quality, origin and pricing
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop new sourcing channels
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure individual customer requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in purchasing, storage, transport and sale of meat products
  • Collect and maintain required documentation for IFS certification

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration with a focus on trade or logistics
  • Several years' experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the food industry, specifically in meat trading
  • Strong negotiation skills and market knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of legal regulations in food trade and quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
