About the role
- Advise leading organisations on competition, consumer law, and regulatory work
- Handle cartel and behavioural investigations, litigation, merger clearances, and regulatory advice
- Collaborate with a close national and global team
- Support junior Lawyers in their development
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Associate in a leading private practice firm or relevant regulator experience in Australia.
- In-depth experience in competition and/or consumer and regulatory law, ideally in both advisory and contentious work.
- An excellent academic record, and natural commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills and an enjoyment for developing junior Lawyers.
- An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
- A curiosity about our client's businesses, and an ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support the ongoing growth of the practice.
