About the role
- Lead delivery of innovative workflow, automation and AI-enabled solutions across major client and internal projects
- Own the roadmap for our Strategic Applications suite, ensuring platforms are effective, well-governed and continually evolving
- Engage directly with partners and clients to identify opportunities, solve delivery challenges and expand adoption of digital legal solutions
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting priorities, building capability and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Drive operational and financial performance, contributing to revenue growth, utilisation, robust project delivery and vendor oversight
- Collaborate across Digital, IT and Change to assess new technologies, manage upgrades and ensure seamless integration within the firm’s ecosystem
- Champion best practice and risk management, ensuring all solutions meet firm-wide standards for security, governance and quality
Requirements
- 7+ years delivering technology solutions within regulated services environments
- Strong experience in legal technology platforms, such as document automation, workflow and contract lifecycle management solutions
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms and data visualisation
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Confident translating technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.
- Experience working with AI-enabled legal tools and an appetite for emerging technology
