About the role

  • Play a critical role in maintaining strong financial processes
  • Support day-to-day operational execution
  • Provide reporting and insights that enable leadership to make sound decisions
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Oversee purchase orders, receiving, and vendor records
  • Support and improve inventory management
  • Assist with sales tax and business tax filing preparation
  • Help prepare financial reports, management reports, and operational analytics

Requirements

  • Strong QuickBooks Online expertise
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Hands-on experience supporting a product-based or e-commerce business
  • Strong experience in e-commerce accounting and operations
  • This role requires someone who understands both accounting/bookkeeping and operational execution across online retail channels such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Experience working with inventory-based or product-driven businesses
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Highly analytical and deadline-driven
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
