About the role
- The Senior Designer is a high-level individual contributor responsible for elevating design excellence and executing high-impact creative across the HCM portfolio of brands and communities.
- This role focuses on the end-to-end design process—from initial concepting to final production—ensuring every asset reflects and evolves our brand voice across digital, social, web platforms and experiential.
- Conceptualize and design multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling.
- Produce high-quality graphics, motion assets, and creative content tailored for social, editorial, and newsletter channels.
- Support the internal HCM brands and communities by fulfilling branding and communication design needs across the organization.
- Apply and iterate on existing design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual language across digital, social, and experiential verticals.
- Design responsive web elements and digital marketing assets that balance aesthetic beauty with functional performance.
- Proactively identify, research, and implement relevant design trends and emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative impact.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders across the entire company—including Account Managers, Editors, Community, and Sales leads—to translate business goals into compelling visual stories.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorms and peer reviews, offering constructive feedback and technical insights to elevate the team’s collective output.
- Leverage Asana to manage daily tasks and project timelines, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with team deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional design experience with a focus on digital and social platforms.
- A strong background in web design and digital-first branding is highly preferred.
- A standout portfolio that demonstrates exceptional execution, typography, layout, and a diverse design skill set.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and project management platforms Canva, Asana, Figma, and Ceros experience are a nice to have.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
- A proactive communicator who enjoys the "nitty-gritty" of design and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
