Influencer Marketing

• Oversee post-sale community campaign strategy and execution on digital, experiential, and sampling programs, working closely on first-to-market and VIP brand partnerships in coordination with Community Leadership
• Strategize, review and approve campaign briefs, materials and guidelines for influencers (including timelines, messaging, and requirements for their scope of work) based on client guidelines
• Oversee the creation, execution, and vetting of influencer applications, approving target influencers for projects, and conducting outreach and follow-ups as needed
• Serve as a main point of contact for influencers who participate in campaigns as needed
• Set and manage community compensation budgets and advise team members on fee negotiation as needed during execution, working cross-departmentally to ensure all influencer compensation is processed properly
• Create and review community campaign agreements, working cross-departmentally to ensure all legal requirements are met
• Collaborate cross-departmentally on influencer marketing initiatives and serve as a point of contact for clients, providing best-in-class community marketing counsel specific to brand, target, consumer and marketing objectives as needed
• Support Community Leadership during the proposal phase of community marketing campaigns, providing key insights, thought starters, and industry expertise to help us win business
• Support Community Leadership in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with talent agencies and strategic partners
• Report and leverage data and analytics to optimize and continuously expand and optimize our processes and offerings, ensuring internal databases and tracking documents are updated with accurate campaign information
• Help strategize and implement community programming, resources and initiatives relating to community marketing and campaign performance as led by the Community Management team, may include speaking opportunities

Manager, Campus & Influencer Marketing

• Work directly with the Campus & Influencer Marketing team to help manage and activate our creator networks in client campaigns.
• Support the full lifecycle of campus and influencer marketing campaigns by brainstorming ways to engage these communities.
• Research influencer trends.
• Assist in the creation of campaign materials.
• Analyze campaign performance.
• Ideate new campaign strategies.
• May also have the opportunity to be involved with client campaigns and Her Campus Media programming.

Campus & Influencer Marketing Intern

Marketing

• Own ideation and creation of custom integrated marketing proposals from brainstorm/conception to final product, generating innovative, insights-driven proposals for brands looking to connect with Gen Z and college audiences
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Branded, Community, Design, Integrated Marketing, and other internal stakeholders throughout the entirety of the proposal process to address feedback, answer questions and provide strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Activation team to prep and execute the pre-to-post transition for each campaign to ensure continuity and success
• Help create custom mockups, sales enablement materials and other visual materials as needed
• Assist AVP Integrated Marketing Strategy with special projects as needed

Marketing Strategy Contractor

• Lead the strategy and execution of influencer and campus campaigns across digital, experiential, sampling, and ambassador programs, serving as the primary client-facing contact to ensure clear communication, solutions-oriented problem solving, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee the development and approval of campaign briefs, guidelines, and influencer deliverables while managing influencer selection, vetting, outreach, and contracting, including fee negotiation and compensation budget oversight to ensure alignment with client goals and FTC/legal compliance.
• Partner with Sales (Business Development) and pre-sale Integrated Marketing leadership during proposal development by providing program insights, thought starters, and category expertise to help secure new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Activation, Legal, External Vendors, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage reporting, data, and analytics to measure program success, optimize performance, and recommend future improvements.
• Manage and mentor direct reports and junior team members, supporting their professional development, client service skills, and overall campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of influencer and campus culture trends while building and nurturing relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and strategic campus partners, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
