About the role
- Optimization and development of existing insurance products
- Integrating product planning into a company-wide roadmap
- Creating internal and external product/service overviews and comparisons
- Managing the diversification of the product and risk-carrier portfolio
- Supporting tender processes and negotiating product setups with risk carriers
- Ensuring document development, creation and maintenance for a structured filing system
- First point of contact for internal product and support inquiries
- Conducting internal product trainings
- Participating in negotiation and integration meetings with partners and service providers to support the B2B sales department
- Primary contact for assigned risk-carrier partnerships
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or a degree in business administration/insurance economics
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (product development for property/casualty insurance, e.g., leasing, bicycle, electronics or pet insurance)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Team player with a structured and proactive working style
- Commitment to continuous development and ongoing acquisition of specialist knowledge
- Excellent German and English language skills
