About the role

  • Support in managing and further developing existing B2B partners
  • Independent management of selected customer accounts
  • Analysis of partner, market and revenue data to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Preparation of revenue forecasts, reports and decision-making materials
  • Support for onboarding management in the introduction of new B2B partners
  • Support implementation and integration processes for embedded insurance solutions
  • Coordinate internal and external interfaces during the onboarding phase to ensure structured and timely implementation
  • Assist partner communications with operational queries
  • Ensure structured processes, accurate documentation and follow-up
  • Close collaboration with internal departments and act as a central interface between customers, onboarding and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Claims Management, Customer Support)

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success, onboarding or a comparable B2B role
  • Analytical and structured working style
  • Experience creating reports with diverse KPIs and metrics
  • Strong process and interface management skills
  • High reliability, commitment and a strong ownership mindset
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Ideally experience in regulated environments (e.g., insurance, financial services, leasing)
  • Proficient with CRM and analytics tools or the ability to quickly learn new systems
