About the role
- You plan, prepare and implement price changes, tariff conversions and portfolio transfers.
- You translate business and actuarial requirements into concrete implementation and configuration concepts.
- You analyze and monitor portfolio metrics and derive implementation-relevant actions from them.
- You are responsible for the quality, preparation and timely delivery of bordereaux data, coordinate processes with internal and external partners and actively resolve data discrepancies.
- You work closely with the Pricing team and support the configuration of pricing logics.
- You coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Sales and IT as well as with external partners (e.g., insurers, platforms).
- You ensure that data and process logics are consistent across multiple systems.
- You prepare decision papers, implementation plans and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- You actively contribute to projects that operationally optimize and scale our portfolios.
Requirements
- You hold a degree or comparable qualification, e.g., in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a similar field (a mathematical or actuarial background is an advantage but not required)
- You think analytically and enjoy structuring complex topics and driving them into implementation
- Ideally, you bring experience from the insurance, InsurTech, finance, platform or consulting environment
- You understand processes, data flows and system relationships and are comfortable working at interfaces
- You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python or similar tools is a plus
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders
- You have very good German and English skills
