About the role
- You optimize and further develop existing insurance products and integrate the planning into a company-wide roadmap
- You create internal and external benefit and coverage overviews and comparisons
- You manage the diversification of the product and risk carrier portfolio
- You oversee tendering processes and negotiate product setups with risk carriers
- You ensure document development, creation, and maintenance for a company-wide structured filing system
- You act as the primary point of contact for internal product and support inquiries and conduct internal product training
- You participate in negotiation and integration meetings with partners and service providers to support the B2B Sales team in distributing our insurance products
- You serve as the primary contact for your assigned risk carrier partnerships to ensure smooth communication
- You support various subprojects and major projects at hepster with your insurance expertise
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or hold a degree in business administration/insurance
- You have several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (in property insurance product development, e.g., leasing, bicycle, electronics, or pet insurance)
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You are a team player with a structured and proactive working style
- You are eager to continuously develop and regularly acquire new specialist knowledge
- You have excellent German and English skills
