About the role
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Providing comprehensive advice to customers on insurance products and services
- Careful maintenance and management of customer data
- Managing review platforms and actively helping to shape a positive external image
- Close collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless service experience
- Contributing suggestions for process optimization and actively helping to implement improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer service (call center, insurance, e-commerce, or comparable industries)
- Confident handling of telephone and written inquiries as well as complaint cases
- Strong customer and service orientation, even in challenging situations
- Independent, proactive, and responsible working style
- Motivated to develop professionally, team-oriented, and curious about new topics
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
