About the role
- Responsible for the technical implementation of PV ground-mounted and rooftop projects from planning through commissioning
- Managing costs, schedules and quality
- Participating in the development phase and resolving complex technical issues
- End-to-end project planning including costing, scheduling and risk assessment
- Coordinating internal and external project stakeholders
- Ensuring the quality of all technical documentation
- Managing material lists, procurement strategies and purchase orders
- Overseeing the construction phase and taking responsibility for inspections and client meetings
- Acting as the central interface to clients, authorities, municipalities and other stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for optimization
Requirements
- Completed training as an engineer, technician or master craftsman – ideally in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Experience in planning and implementing PV ground-mounted and/or rooftop systems
- Solid technical knowledge in construction execution, occupational safety, procurement and materials management
- Proven project management success – ideally with certification (IPMA Level D/C or PMP)
- Confident user of MS Office, SAP and ELO
- Basic knowledge of contract and change/claims management (e.g., BGB/VOB)
- Assertiveness and experience in leading project teams
