• Provide strategic support to the Profit Centers in preparing their business plans
• Validate and review business plans, monitor results, and maintain profitability and efficiency
• Work closely with the CEO to ensure consistency and strategic coherence of the business plans
• Analyze results, perform variance analyses and prepare actionable recommendations
• Participate in on-site international meetings of the Profit Centers
• Support Profit Centers in the operational implementation of the strategy
• Serve as an interface between management, Profit Centers, Finance and Strategy
• Identify optimization opportunities and develop measures and implementation recommendations for executive management
