About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all B2B sales activities within a specific territory
- Maintain regular consultative contact with every account to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales
- Obtain new customers and communicate Henry Schein value messaging
- Build business relationships based on customer needs involving business practices, merchandise, equipment, and services
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs
- Coordinate team-selling sales activities within the territory
- Develop, manage, and increase merchandise, equipment, and service sales
- Conduct face-to-face consultative contact and regular customer business reviews
- Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Implement strategies using company programs, tools, and initiatives to increase market share
- Use CMS, CRM, and predictive sales tools
- Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training programs, and industry events as instructed
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred
- Professional selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Proficient computer software skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail
