About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acts as the customer’s trusted advisor for managing accounts 500+ and are more than $500k in annual spend
  • Provides a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resource for NASA (North American Strategic Accounts)
  • Collaborates with various internal teams and strategic account managers
  • Onboards new customers and provides ongoing training and support
  • Advocates for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of the customer
  • Prepares product quotes and distributes to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Dental or Medical knowledge beneficial
