Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the strategy, roadmap and detail technical feature definition of one or more products.
- Functions as a business and technical manager for assigned product(s).
- Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas to manage and support all phases of marketing and product development for projects.
- Researches the market and competitive environment in the effort to define a product vision that provides significant long-term advantage to targeted customers.
- Aid/support the development and maintenance of portfolio pipeline/roadmap and opportunity pipeline.
- Contributes and executes customer facing activities like VOC (voice of customer) and CCD (customer centered design).
- Collaborates cross-functionally and with key internal/external stakeholders to participate in new product development (NPD) process.
- Oversees all packaging design and labeling for responsible products, ensuring conformance to all regulatory standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
- Must be proficient in project management knowledge & skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with product development, project management, sourcing and vendor negotiations
- Possesses excellent public presentation skills both internal and external (customer-facing)
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team(s)
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations preferred
- Technical background in product development preferred
- Knowledge of the Dental market including the business of dentistry is preferred
